• Receiving a packet that does not detail what part of the land is wanted for ROW and what the timeline is.

• Packet does not explain why the expansion or now lines are needed. 

• Left wondering how the utility company decided these are needed.

• Community members reaching out to PPL asking these questions and receive no responses.

• The questions left, lead to mistrust

• Land agents, respond that they do not know. Yet follow up with verbaige that sounds like our only option is to sign. 

• Paper work inlcuded rent/lease verbage - left wondering for what? Ha, PPL should be leasing it from the property owner!

• No information on the dangers of electrical and magnetic field affects on people, live stock,acriculture and wildlife.

• Full disclosure of all plans, timelines, and maps

• Public forums where PPL and the PUC must answer questions directly from affected communities.

• How do PPL determine the necessity of these towers, and what other options have they or could they explore?

• What is the intended purpose of these expansions? Is it to support datacenters?

• Does PPL know what the utilization ratios are?

• Consideration of how to use the existing line more efficiently.

• Open communication on when and how work will be done - respect the homeowner's time.

• Homes have the highest priority to be maintained (not demolished) and safe from EMF’s

• Fair property value with no coercion or threats.

• Utilities rent/lease the property as an option.

• Look at the line options, move the line so fewer houses are affected; how are these lines and expansions decided?

• An independent audit of PPL’s practices, including herbicide use, land management, and property valuations.

• Stricter regulations for the PUC to ensure homeowner rights are protected, and ecological damage is minimized.

• What process did PPL use to select the routes for the right-of-ways?

• Environmental impact assessments should be conducted before any work begins.

• Respect for ecology and our natural resources

• An extensive survey of the land that would be used and its unique ecosystems preserved.

• Mandate native plant restoration under transmission lines to support wildlife and ecosystems.

• Ban herbicides and require eco-friendly land management.

• Prioritize localized renewable energy (solar, wind, microgrids) to reduce the need for massive transmission lines.

• Research alternative transmission lines options (e.g., underground, along railroads, and highways that are already in the public domain)
